I wanted to call today's lunch Oyster Mushroom bento but considering that they are hardly visible on the picture, I opted to add the chipolata in the title as well, at least the meat part is clearly visible :o). So today's bento features, mini chicken chipolatas, baby oster mushrooms sauteed with apples and a bit of goat cheese, steamed brocoli and cauliflower rosets, baby potatoes and some carrot slices as baran. The WW total for today is 8 propoints.
For dessert I am having roughly the same as the previous days : white grapes, apple and blood orange slices and more pomegranate seeds.
Bon appetit !

I love stirfries : they are easy to make, quickly done, the veggies keep more vitamins than by cooking/boiling them and as you only use a wok, the amount of dishes to be done afterwards is also reduced to a minimum.
The only downpoint, as you can tell by looking at this picture, is that it looks so downright messy in a bento, which everything poking out in every possible direction, as if the greens were hit by some kind of natural disaster. :o( Luckily the taste didn't suffer from this lousy presentation.
Back to the contents : for today, I packed balsamic sesame chicken pieces and a mediterranean stirfry composed of green beans, red and yellow bell pepper, zucchini, potato wedges and baby carrots. For dessert, there are grapes (black & white), strawberry, nectarine, kiwi, orange.
Exact same ingredients as the previous one, so nothing to add :o)

I wasn't very inspired by the contents of my fridge yesterday. Nice ideas, but not the ingredients to work them out. :o/
Anyway, P. got the large bento today, so I could include the dessert section in the box instead of in a sidecar. This bento ended up being vegetarian, which is wasn't really my goal :
Top tier : clementine with grape, peanut M&Ms, pineapple slices covered with white chocolate, little gem salad with carrot and cucumber rolls and sliced radish
Bottom tier : mini green asparagus/raw ham roll, soy nuggets, purple rice onigiri with zucchini slice, babybel cheese, mini red bell pepper filles with corn and goat cheese/zucchini "maki" rolls.
I, on the other hand, took my cute pink and black neko bento to the office today :o)
Not a vegetarian bento for me but neveretheless lots of veggies. My Tuesday lunch consisted of :
Top : "indian" chicken filet rolls, purple rice on a bed of leek sprouts, a small purple pepper filled with the goat cheese (left over from the rolls in the other tier), cucumber, carrots & bell pepper sticks
Bottom : goat cheese "maki" rolls, corn, radish, snow peas and green (sesame) asperagus wrapped with raw ham.
I didn't take pictures of the dessert I had, but I brought me some Leopold III grapes again (it's the season) and a clementine.
Buen provecho!
